Technical Guidance on DEC & Bond Bank SRF COVID Relief Program

The Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation (“DEC”) and Vermont Bond Bank (“Bond Bank”) previously announced a COVID Relief Program ("Program") applicable to the Clean Water and Drinking Water State Revolving Funds (“CWSRF” and “DWSRF”). The Program is intended to intended to ensure continuity of service through debt service reductions to offset expected revenue challenges.
